Focused on maintaining the emotional health and well-being of our talent through COVID by growing a more welcoming and inclusive culture through the rollout of a comprehensive, multi-month training on topics related to diversity, inclusion, belonging, and resilience. Partnered with the technology leadership team to build a talent acquisition strategy that more than doubled the size of the technology team in support of an aggressive business growth model, whilst retaining key talent. Orchestrated the onboarding and successful integration of senior hires into their new roles through a comprehensive onboarding and longer-term Pathways to Success program. Led the transition to Workday Applicant Tracking System (recruitment tool) from Taleo for the firm, bringing critical change leadership and creative project resourcing with a streamlined team.

Led United through an in-depth exploration of traditional performance management to identify practices that will have a stronger impact on elevating the performance of United. Led the successful design and implementation of a new company-wide performance management tool.

Designed and implemented several leadership programs, including a New Leader Acceleration Program, a Contact Center Leadership Development Program, a talent pipleine development program, and Leading at United workshops.

Designed and implemented a 2-year intense company-wide development program that included program components such as action learning, mentoring, job rotations, leader-led training, and job shadowing.

Consulted the IT Senior Leadership Team through numerous HR initiatives, including re-organizations, talent development and retention, performance management and bonus program changes, and mitigation of common HR issues.Coached dozens of managers and employees on day-to-day issues including performance action planning, gross mis-conduct cases, career coaching, terminations, and EEO/FMLA/ADA compliance.
