provided outstanding technical and customer support for the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW). He supported users on similar SPS systems as he did at CIFA and DTRA. In addition, he supported: CONWRITE, Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and EZ-Query. He has supported a technical refresh, software upgrade, and database upgrade; all with minimal downtime and transparent customer support. Worked with AFDW senior management to setup a 15 person satellite office at Brooks City Base, TX. He was instrumental in the implementation of a firewall tunnel solution to link the Brooks office to the DC office. Coordinated with the 311th contracting squadron to transfer 300+ contracts from their CONWRITE system to the PD2 system of AFDW. Administered the ADFW close-out reporting plan using EZ-Query, Electronic Document Access (EDA), and FPDS-NG data that was reported to the general of AFDW. Coordinated with the Veteran Affairs contracting office to transfer 100 contracts from the VA to the AFDW Brooks office.

He also organized and facilitated the SPS Users Group (SUG). The SUG was used as a forum for users to learn and bring up issues in an organized setting. Along with those duties, he created and maintained training documentation for the SPS software. Major functional accomplishments include, but not limited to, the following: - Creating and Facilitating the SPS Users Group; - Creating multiple SPS training aids.As a technical systems administrator, he was tasked to keep up with changes to the software. He performed two major upgrades, two server migrations, and coordinated a server move with DTRA personnel. His daily tasks include planning schedules, gant charts, and extensive coordination with cyber-security. He utilized File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to securely transfer award data to a congressional reporting agency. Technical accomplishments include, but not limited to, the following: - Planned and executed two vital upgrades with minimal downtime;- Planned and executed two server migrations with no data lose and minimal downtime
