Nicholas currently serves as the project manager on the implementation, operation and maintenance of the IRS’s GDI Application. This system is an ARCHIBUS based, enterprise wide facilities and infrastructure management solution. It currently supports more than 85,000 users in over 800 locations. Nicholas has been responsible for the delivery of multiple releases annually that introduce new capabilities and improve existing functions within this system. He collaborates with client leadership to Define scope, schedule, process, expectations and goals for all efforts undertaken.In his role as project manager, Nicholas provides metric based project tracking information to client leadership via program management meetings and project status communications. He also works with client and executive leadership to plan the strategic vision for the project and develop a roadmap that anticipates activities on a 3 year horizon. He is responsible for developing templates and processes that produce and provide deliverables in a timely fashion and in accordance with CMMI Level 3 standards. He also partners with technical leadership through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver robust solutions that are technically sound.Nicholas strives to Foster an environment in which open communication is encouraged in order to deliver high quality products in a manner that grows stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.
