I am the individual that you want on your team when you have a high stress job that needs to be done requiring attention to detail, delegation and supervision abilities as well as putting in just as much or even more work than those in my care. I can and have absorb information very rapidly and perform in both intellectual and physically demanding fields of work. I have proved this by acquiring academic degrees early on and enduring the rigors of the Marine Corps for 8 years hardening and sharpening me with experience and knowledge. Through high school, I had my mind set on going straight to school for Construction Engineering, having already accomplished several drafting and design classes. However, life took me for a spin and I ended up graduating with my associate degree of Aircraft Maintenance and Technology all while working as an automotive mechanic, learning personal financial management, independence, time management, and self-discipline on top of all my mechanical, heavy equipment, and academic accomplishments. Shortly after graduating, I joined the United States Marine Corps where I immediately got placed into a mentally and physically high demanding job as Ammunition Chief of several infantry units through 8 years. While operating as an Ammunition Chief, I expanded my knowledge of effective communicating, public professional presentations, logistical planning, problem solving, leadership skills, delegation and account management, personnel management, and scheduling. As an example, I successfully planned, coordinated, oversaw, and executed a joint operation which required me to design, construct and operate out of live ammunition holding areas that had exact design specifications which included 4 countries militaries performing operations across the pacific theater in 2022 resulting in multiple successful missions. Now that I have turned the page in my life, I am furthering my education once more in the field of Construction Engineering Technologies searching for internships or employment opportunities with so much to offer the work force and ready to continue learning even more.
