On top of that, I support air handler retro commissioning for dozens of athletics, housing, and hospital buildings. I also do some project & ECM development.

From onsite and remote commissioning work to energy audits and project development to utility bill review and periodic consumption analysis, I'm excited to find ways to make equipment work better and use less.

While with WWCS I was responsible for designing an implementing a comprehensive in-house energy management program to reduce energy/water use in 2.4 million square feet of facilities. Additionally, I was responsible for building audits, oversight of HVAC repairs, a variety of preventative maintenance items, service contract negotiations, and capital outlay.
