After my completion of MGM’s Management Associate Program (MAP), a 9-month rotational training program in Las Vegas, NV, I transitioned into my current role as Casino Marketing Manager at the newly acquired Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. During my time at TCOLV, we have been tasked with integrating the resort to the MGMRI portfolio while maintaining the culture that guests have come to expect on property. I hold a bachelor’s degree from The School of Hospitality Management at The Pennsylvania State University. While completing my degree, I experienced a large variety of aspects in the hospitality industry. I have worked in the front and back of house in F&B operations, housekeeping and front desk operations, and dealt table games.
