As the Head of Development I'm responsible for collaborating and leading clients on bespoke software projects with Flip. Using Agile delivery and by building resilient teams I deliver value to customers across projects from a range of industries.I have oversight of all software projects coming through the agency and work closely with the technical lead to ensure the overall success of the development team.

I was responsible for providing all levels of training and technical support to CareerHub University clients in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
