I am a well diversified civil engineer with over 20 years of experience specializing in drainage design in the transportation field. My multi-discipline background includes: construction inspection of transportation-highway projects, drafting in the airport industry, design of roadway projects, rehabilitation/design of bridges, inspection of in-service bridges, and stormwater/hydraulics/hydrology/drainage. This diversity allows me to view the "Big Picture" for each project and the ability to communicate effectively to other disciplines to solve problems promptly and efficiently. I have worked on large ($100M+) design-build and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) projects, focusing on providing cost effective solutions to drainage issues.
