Having recently completed an enriching internship at CCIG, I am excited to leverage my experiences and skills in a full-time position within the industry.During my internship with CCIG, I had the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to various aspects of selling in the insurance space. I was actively involved in engaging with both new customers and renewal processes, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Through field job site visits, I gained firsthand knowledge of the industry and honed my ability to effectively communicate with clients in a professional and personable manner.To further enhance my sales acumen, I completed comprehensive sales training programs at both CCIG and MarshBerry. These programs focused on crucial aspects of the sales process, such as crafting compelling value propositions, generating leads, devising effective prospecting strategies, and mastering call flow techniques. These training courses have equipped me with the necessary skills to effectively identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process.In addition to my internship experiences and sales training, I am proud to share that I successfully studied for and passed my Property & Casualty licensing exam last fall. This accomplishment not only demonstrates my dedication and commitment to the insurance industry but also highlights my eagerness to excel in a career that requires a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and regulations.Combining my practical experiences during my internship, completion of rigorous sales training programs, and attainment of the Property & Casualty license, I am confident in my ability to be a solid contributor to an organization within the Insurance industry. During my time at The Club at Ravenna, I was delegated with a variety of tasks to ensure our members and guests were welcomed and accommodated with excellent customer service. While working at the club, I was responsible for preparing and cleaning all golf carts that were going to be used, providing food and beverage services on the course, cleaning and loading golf bags into their appropriate domain, as well as maintaining our range and short game area. During my time at The Club at Ravenna, I learned a lot about customer service and what it means to be an engaging asset to the company.
