Responsibilities include tailored responses in a very short amount of time to new and previous client's inquiry into the new/pre-owned vehicle they are interested in. If contact is made, I not only answer any questions they may have, but also assist with setting an appointment for them to test drive the exact car they're interested in or one very similar to it. If initial contact is not made, future phone calls and emails are completed over the next several days to make sure no one is missed and the client knows who to contact when they are ready to take the next step in their vehicle purchasing process.

With all of the fantastic new Ford products coming out within the last four years (new Explorer, Focus and Fiesta; all-new Edge and Mustang; fantastic new EcoBoost engine options), it's easy to see why we have grown.

Responsible for finding important and interesting stories dealing with state legislation, legal issues and other law-related topics. After completing stories for the 1:00 pm deadline, I would then assist the rest of the reporters edit the paper before having the press-ready material sent to the printer's.

I was responsible for handling customers and their vehicles. I would assist them with their issues when they arrived at the service department as well as travel to their place of business or residence. If I had to meet the customer, it was my duty to make sure I had their concerns written down and understood for the service advisor, leave a free Toyota Camry loaner for their use, and then return safely to the dealership in the customer's vehicle.

What began as a small group of Pontiac owners based in central Ohio grew into a 800+ online forum and not-for-profit organization. Members would actively participate in shows, recruitment, and adding whatever knowledge or insight they may have about the one thing which connected us: the automobile.
