Responsibilities include tailored responses in a very short amount of time to new and previous client's inquiry into the new/pre-owned vehicle they are interested in. If contact is made, I not only answer any questions they may have, but also assist with setting an appointment for them to test drive the exact car they're interested in or one very similar to it. If initial contact is not made, future phone calls and emails are completed over the next several days to make sure no one is missed and the client knows who to contact when they are ready to take the next step in their vehicle purchasing process.
