After seven years of architecture school, I have found my passion to be in the emerging technologies that are driving the AEC industry. Specifically, I have been expanding my expertise in areas such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), sustainable design techniques, construction logistics, building commissioning and MEP engineering. Turner Construction has afforded me the opportunity to leverage my skill set and expertise to significantly enhance the deliverable to our clients. This is true not only for turning over a professional and quality built building but turning over a building that can be strategically monitored and maintained for its life time.Additionally, some of my notable skills are design, establishing and maintaining client and consultant relationships, 3-D modeling and rendering, Revit, AutoCAD, hand sketching, master planning, organization, and team orientated attitude.Some argue that there has been a setback in the understanding of architectural design and innovation because of the simplicity of developing drawings with newer technology.
