He has advised and represented clients in the energy and resources industry including, oil and gas, nickel, gold, uranium, iron ore and coal in relation to matters both specific to the industry as well as general commercial disputes.Nick's work has also covered insolvency, managed investment schemes, private equity funds, leisure and entertainment (including government regulation), property, white collar crimes, as well as building and construction.His practice extends to matters in most Australian State and Federal Courts as well as administrative tribunals.
