My big takeaway from career advising is that there are an infinite number of paths to success. There is no such thing as a perfect resume or interview.I picked up pre-business advising in the spring semester because the professional advisors thought it would be beneficial to cross-train a student in both sides of advising. Due to the fact that I had been an orientation leader the previous summer, I already had a good grasp on the academic material. Advising topics included course enrollment, extracurricular involvement, study abroad, and parallel plans.
