Supported the administration and development of the British Council's corporate English language courses in Qatar.My main focus was on ensuring quality delivery of classes on the Qatar Navy contract in support of the Senior Teacher Corporate. This involved setting up administration systems via Excel, interacting daily with clients and other partners (including military personnel), compiling daily attendance and termly course reports, sourcing and developing teaching resources and course plans, facility and resource management of the school on the base, and line managing teachers to support them in delivering good quality lessons.

Short-term summer school contract with British Council Palestine. Involved creating and delivering a YL syllabus for three months of summer school in East Jerusalem. The classes were at beginner, elementary and pre-intermediate levels with ages ranging from Junior to Pre-Teen. This required adaptability and patience due to a lack of resources and the challenges of teaching children heavily affected by the occupation.
