Teach Design Methodology for Engineers. Experience with teaching different design methods (Waterfall approach, Agile and Scrum methodology, Lean Design). Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops and other educational activities. Teach technical writing and technical presentations. Participate in curriculum development committees regarding curriculum design, evaluation and marking strategies as well a teaching philosophy. Guide, mentor and supervise teams of students throughout problem identification, product ideation, concept selection and other design activities.

Coordinated the integration of sustainable development initiatives throughout undergraduate program curricula. Initiated the implementation of an academic Profile in Sustainable Development. Secured funding for future development of the program. Presented Laval University sustainable development initiatives across Quebec.

Hire and train team of 11 staff members. Supervise different program teams (Program Assistants, Faculty members and academic development, management and logistics).Provide Risk management training and supervise risk management process.Design program structure and curriculum. Prepare and deliver conferences on wide breadth of topics, including: Business Model Canvas, Marketing and product development, Innovation, Interactive Design Lab, Prototyping, Design methodology, Technical Design Challenges, and Business Case Studies. Ensure and protect program culture and values. Coach and mentor more than 600 participants and staff.

Designed a Canada-wide program with Loblaws to promote Fair Trade Certified products. Provided support to student chapters across Canada and evaluate the effectiveness of student lead outreach initiatives. Worked with Transfair and Loblaws to do consumer market research on Fair Trade Certified Products.

Developed strategic plans to integrate sustainability consulting amongst the services offered. Developed a training program for employees on sustainability and sustainable design. Provided training to project management engineers and upper management on sustainable design and practices.
