I am an aspiring computer scientist and researcher in the field of quantum computing, aiming to address complex global challenges—such as drug discovery, cryptography, and energy sustainability—through interdisciplinary collaboration. My passion for technology began at a young age, leading me to seek out courses, certifications, and hands-on experiences to grow my knowledge.I’ve transitioned from student to teacher, instructing and developing curriculum for summer STEAM camps at a regionally recognized arts center. Additionally, I’ve shared my skills by offering personalized technology support at a senior center. Combining these experiences with mentorship gained through the Youth Philanthropy Leadership Program and service work focused on individuals in need, I am committed to creating opportunities for others.Beyond tech, I have a life-long passion for the arts, having studied piano through the Suzuki method and played brass in my high school band. Music has enhanced my creativity, taught me discipline, and provided me with opportunities to perform on a national stage at the Rose Parade and travel the world as a Goodwill Ambassador with the Ambassadors of Music. These experiences, alongside my participation in the Global Scholars Program, have enriched my cultural competency.I’m also an avid outdoors enthusiast. I've summited a 14er, competed in 24-hour singletrack mountain bike races, and enjoy skiing and backcountry camping. These activities fuel my love for problem-solving and resilience—qualities I aim to bring to my work in computer science.
