- Working directly with Google’s CIO and associated leadership team to support and manage a budget of $3 billion, and a global hybrid workforce of ~2,600 employees and 3,500 consultants located in 15+ cities including New York, Mountain View, Hyderabad, London, Dublin, and Austin.- Driving the transformation of Corporate Engineering into an aligned and efficient mission-driven team, in collaboration with organizational leadership, by: - Leading organizational health initiatives including putting in place a deliberate location strategy program, bringing teams together following years of highly-distributed covid-driven location dispersion. Partnering with HR to address outliers in spans and layers to eliminate redundant roles and remove bureaucracy. - Shifting the investment in hiring and talent development towards more relevant and needed skill sets and experiences based on changes to the organization’s priorities and evolved book of work. Leveraging data and telemetry to identify opportunities to optimize and connect disparate projects and programs, and establish common goals across the organization. - Implementing lightweight governance, tools and processes to measure and track the organization’s book of work, creating more individual accountability across the portfolio. - Establishing controls around non-payroll operating expenses, with a focus on third-party vendor relationships and other inefficiencies, and helping to drive the renegotiation of services and software contracts resulting in consolidations and optimizations. - Leading the executive communications function for the organization, with responsibility for developing the narrative around the team’s mission, strategic initiatives and book of work for the Board of Directors, Google Leads, the Corporate Engineering organization and other forums. - Manage a global team of 8 that support the Corporate Engineering transformation agenda.

- Worked directly with the Corporate Technology CIO and firmwide Chief Data Officer, and associated leadership teams, to support and manage a budget of more than $1.4 billion and a global workforce of ~7,200 located in 20 cities.- Accountable for generating a cohesive strategy, alignment of investment, and shared purpose across the Corporate Technology and Firmwide Data Management organizations by driving the convergence and connectivity of disparate technology strategies and transformation priorities across firmwide functional areas (including Risk, Finance, and Workforce), implementing a data governance agenda across the entirety of JPMC’s data estate, leading the program management function across data management and corporate data science organizations, and managing executive communications for internal (e.g., Board of Directors, Operating Committee, Firmwide Risk Committee.) and external (e.g., regulators, supervisors, professional conferences) audiences.- Responsibilities included driving and supporting activities around the strategic priorities and execution roadmaps, firmwide adoption of data policies and standards and a risk-based data management framework; ownership of cross-organization strategic projects; rationalization of teams, tooling and applications; measurement and tracking of organizational performance; leading workforce operations, which includes DE&I, recruiting and organizational engagement activities (e.g., Town Halls, All-Hands, Executive Education sessions). - Managed a diverse, global team of 10 in support of Chief of Staff and PMO responsibilities.

- Responsible for developing policy strategy, impact assessments and firmwide responses related to Fintech, virtual currencies, cybersecurity and market liquidity; represented the firm at industry meetings, conferences, and other external engagements; drafted comment letters, white papers, and other external briefings and presentations.- Collaborated closely with senior leaders across JPMC on advocacy strategies for highest priority regulatory issues; drafted briefing memos and presentations for engagements between regulators and JPMC senior leaders.- Led a Brexit-driven strategy project, which included a six-month secondment to London.Conceptualized and executed a firmwide project detailing the impact of regulations on JPM – featured in Chairman’s letter. 
- Developed and implemented processes and tooling to better manage firmwide engagement with key policymakers and regulators.

- Lead prudential regulation and cybersecurity analyst in the D.C. office responsible for coordinating SIFMA’s strategy and advocacy efforts during the peak of the Dodd-Frank rulemaking process. 
- Spearheaded the expansion of the ASIFMA office, including the founding of the ASIFMA Asset Management Group; published industry white papers on the fixed income market in China and capital market development within Asia.
