• Center Star Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program Manager • Responsible for daily operations of a 111 client ACT team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and recent incarceration • Provided direct counseling and rehabilitation services to clients• Supervised: 12 staff, including a Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurses, Clinicians, Peer Specialists, Recovery Counselors and Administrative Assistants• Maintained all county-level and external contacts relevant to program operation
