NSERC funded research involved developing a patient diagnostic augmented reality application for a bio medical devices company. I served as a Mobile Application Developer under guidance from the principal investigator and in collaboration with an industry partner.In this role, I successfully developed the first prototype of the augmented reality application for the Microsoft HoloLens, using Unity and C#. The software displayed patient information, vitals and critical heart and lung states.Among my selected accomplishments, I:- Showcased the first prototype of the patient diagnostic augmented reality application, at the SingularityU Canada Summit, held from the 11th – 12th of October, 2017.

I worked on an NSERC-funded research involved improving the accuracy of real-time asset tracking using iBeacons, under guidance from principal investigator and in collaboration with an industry partner.During this time, I collaborated with fellow research assistant software developers, to develop and present a Swift based mobile application, that simulated the movement of particles using a particle filtering algorithm.Among my selected accomplishments, I:- Improved accuracy of particle filtering simulation using data from test results, and created number of particles and frequency controls on the iOS mobile application. This helped to show performance in varying environments.
