Working with AFS Partner’s and outside organisations, my work as a consultant comprised of two main parts. Firstly, as an IT Business Consultant I was responsible for the continued development and implementation of all AFS ICT systems. This involved working closely with Partner organisations of all sizes to map systems and business processes to their needs. Secondly, in the field of organisational development I undertook problem solving, process planning and training with organisations to ensured the completion of their short term and longer term strategic goals. I also acted as a primary contact for all European, Middle Eastern and African partners.
