After providing a review of inflation expectations through past academic literature and analyzing their historical data, time-series linear regression is used to examine the effect of inflation expectations on equity style characteristics. Policy Implication: The practical applications of this research are to inform financial market participants on how they can leverage data indicating investor sentiment with their factor investing strategies.
