Responsible for implementation and sustainability of Manufacturing Excellence [VPO] knowledge & expertise in AB Inbev Breweries of Leuven&Hoegaarden (VPO is the AB Inbev Manufacturing Excellence program to bring standardization, sustainability and continuous improvement in our breweries). Working across WE zone sharing best practices and supporting sustainability throughout all Belgian Plants. Active in auditing other breweries worldwide towards the VPO standards.

Responsible for Off-trade region Limburg (Belgium).

The Global Trainee Program is a 10-month training program that lets you get to know the ABInBev organization from a variety of perspectives and gives you hands-on experience.

Supervisor of 4 packaging lines in the Leuven Brewery. Leading a team of 25 operators, reaching the breweries most important KPI's (Line Efficiency, Water/Electricity/Heat usage, Quality KPI's) whilst ensuring the safety and the engagement of the whole team.

Introduction of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in the Packaging lines.
