Nicholas dePencier Wright, born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a corporate and securities lawyer licensed to practice law in Ontario, California and Texas.Nick has extensive experience in corporate finance, transactions and governance. Elected Law Society of Ontario Bencher for Toronto (2019-2023), Green Party candidate for Toronto's University-Rosedale in the 2015 Federal election, former leader of the Green Party of Nova Scotia and founder of the national animal advocacy organization Animal Justice, Nick was actively involved in politics, public affairs and government relations for over 15 years.
