I love to solve problems. Fixing things is a pleasure of mine. When I hear a problem I find a solution and make that problem disappear. I focus on the task at hand and how to complete that task correctly and efficiently. This helps me adapt to new and difficult tasks as I am able to put all my focus on whatever task is at hand.I have enjoyed many of my different jobs and titles over my career in leadership positions and continuously enjoy being a student. My professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:- I am adaptable and a very fast learner. No matter the difference in the type of task from organization to mistake correction I can learn new tasks and complete the new tasks with an accelerated level of competence- I am a team playerIf you need help, I will help you. If I have to put my own task on hold because someone is in need of assistance I am more than willing to sacrifice my own time for others so long as I can still complete my project on schedule.-I enjoy the processI believe that I can always learn something new. New things can come from anywhere from books and bosses to children and self-inflicted teachings. The only limit we have on learning is what we are interested in committing ourselves to and when I commit to something it is all in.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
