As a SeniorLeader, Mr. Dillon’s role include creating new educational systems that will provide the company with the most efficient way to service clients.Mr. Dillon manages the Training & Development Department which also includes assisting Risk Management Staff with research, compliance & educational resources for servicing clients.Additionally, Nicholas develops instructional materials and customizes training programs for business and industry outside of the core business group. As a consultant, I have represented clients at OSHA administrative hearings, conducted training in areas of OSHA, MSHA, HAZWOPER, and many others. I also conducted client needs assessments, compliance audits and inspections. Additional responsibilities included marketing & creating partnerships that develop and foster growth for the business and managing Safety Consultants. Also knowledgeable of insurance financial products and services.
