Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Preparation of formwork and shoring designs for various types of concrete structures with CAD-Apply critical engineering by calculating expected loads according to CSA, NBCC, and DIN standards-Initiate internal communications with the sales team and clientele and effectively communicated to attain information relevant to the design of the formwork solutions-Reviewed and interpreted engineering blueprints and drawings to determine best approaches to projects-Data entry of material demands via the Quality Management System (QMS)

Accelerated the efficiency of the worksite and aided in installing high quality roofing systems in the safest and most cost-effective manner. Also atained first-hand construction experience in a constantly changing environment

Managed teams of up to 15 people while providing exceptional restaurant services and upholding provincial food safety guidelines

Responsible for managing particular areas of the restaurant and ensuring that production is executed to industry standard

Responsible for training new hires and administering SOC’s (station observation checklists) which ensure that employees are operating with proper food handling techniques

General restaurant duties include:-Kitchen (assembly, grilling, fryers)-Drive thru-Front counter (use of POS system)-Dishes and other miscellaneous duties,all while ensuring health and safety is the priority.
