Worked closely with the Guest Service Department to develop, implement and evaluate programs and special events for our high profile clientele and private homeowners.Responsibilities Included:Overseeing the recreational needs of the private home owners at Parrot Cay, which included maintenance of their equipment (ocean kayaks, Hobie Cats etc..) and ensured all their recreational needs were met. Managed a team of recreational professionals (mostly Asians from Bali and Thailand) who are multi skilled and are qualified in gym instruction, wind surfing, sailing and recreational tennis.
