I am an enterprising individual who has taken a dream of working on computers from just a passion to a plan of action. I have been able to apply my passion for helping others with their IT needs and my computer repair skills to create a freelance business model. Even before completing my formal education, I’ve had an interest in fixing computers. In fact, there was a time when I would fix computers without knowing how I was able to fix them. Through my education and the completion of my Master’s in Computer Science, I have learned how to study and research a problem to gain the background knowledge necessary to understand how to solve IT problems. In my work with clients, I go the extra step for problem solving. I recreate user problems so that I can better understand their issues and find an appropriate solution.I am interested in continuing to move forward with my career and utilize my M.C.S. in Database systems, B.S. I.T. in Software Engineering, and my skills in project management, software development lifecycle, and database development lifecycle to help businesses with their IT needs.
