Currently transitioning careers out of Non-Profit Management and actively seeking out a role in Business ConsultingAs a Senior Director at The Navigators, I apply my program management, leadership development, and strategic thinking skills to make an impact in the lives of people on college campuses. I have over three years of experience in this role, and I have successfully raised over $500,000 through more than 100 partners by connecting and effectively casting vision for the work.I also manage a team of staff who mentor college students, implement projects, and work with self-started schedules. I train them both in competency and character, using creative methods such as one-on-one meetings, group sessions, and on-site coaching.
