I am heading the efforts to promote export of green energy technology exports globally within the areas of wind technology, biogas, power-to-x, district heating and energy efficiency.

In charge of managing the Tech team at Invest in Denmark.The role entails coordinating efforts in regards to keeping updated and relevant insights into the Tech sector in Denmark and promoting these towards foreign investors. Areas include Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Robotics & Drones and Software.The key aim is to create value and innovation in Denmark by attracting high quality foreign investments from companies based abroad.

Role of Director of European Market for Invest in Denmark.In charge of coordinating and managing the Europe Team for Invest in Denmark based in Barcelona, London, Munich, Oslo and Paris.

Director of the Danish Trade Council in Taipei. Representing Danish interests in Taiwan including driving a major shift in the offshore wind sector in Taiwan alongside key Danish stakeholders

• Wide portfolio of international projects within export consultancy, partner search and matching.• CSR strategy implementation and CSR consultancy.• Match-making of Danish companies with foreign companies – in particular from developing countries.• Advisory consulting about strategic, financial and cultural barriers and ways of overcoming these, in order to effectuate a successful business partnership.• Consultancy of companies in the Copenhagen Region in order to strengthen their export potential through training and advice – primary focus was on exports to nearby markets.• 1-1 company consultancy ranging across various sectors from a hatchery project in Uganda, business development for a Danish shower heads manufacturer in Ghana and support and consultancy for a company establishment in Brazil.• Proactive approach towards identifying relevant clients and developing concepts and business models - usually combined with various support models from the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), the UN and others.• Political policy advocacy tasks relating to promoting the opportunities for SMEs in internationalizing their business.

• Team lead for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Focus Group at Invest in Denmark• Coordinating all incoming investment projects within the ICT sector as well as managing a project portfolio. The ICT team consists of 4 employees distributed regionally in Denmark.• In-depth background research and papers on focus areas in the research and business community, scoping out opportunities for potential investors and customizing information.• Cross-cultural coordination with colleagues in North America, Europe and Asia. Projects often result in business visits from the foreign enterprises (typically at CEO level), where I am in charge of coordinating the various meetings and contents relevant for them to make a positive decision for investing in Denmark.• High level of promotion and presentation aspects as well as interaction with both commercial and political stakeholders.

• International business development and strategy formulation in order to build a platform for collaboration between Econet’s international clients and multilateral financial institutions (IADB, WB, UNDP etc.) through technical assistance projects and CSR related strategy. This task involves identifying funding opportunities and matching these with business needs and project ideas, and realizing these through applications and engagement with the funding bodies.• Project manager for a cross-divisional project for Microsoft with the role of advising SMEs on the opportunities of fundraising through financial support via the EU or on a national level.• Coordinating role in collaboration with a steering group consisting of HP, The Growth Foundation, Nordea, Acore, Microsoft and EuroCenter.• Pro-actively contacting, building network and lobbying with Venture Capital Funds, interest groups, public institutions and decision-makers in private enterprises.• Responsible for marketing, managing project activities, developing business concept and communication including coordination of seminars in order to expand the scope of the project.• Idea generator for project proposals relating to innovation, growth and jobs in SMEs.• Business development and strategy formulation in order to build a platform for collaboration between Econet’s international clients and multilateral financial institutions through technical assistance projects and CSR related strategy. • Project Manager, located in Delhi, India for 3-5 person offshore development teams for large international clients - managing deliveries, team issues and solving bottlenecks.• Sales and marketing for clients in Denmark and Norway - calling and establishing contact and meeting with clients and introducing the offshore development solution via KRING.• Conducted market surveys of telecom in Norway, an extensive consultancy report on mainframe software outsourcing to India for the largest bank in Denmark.• Online marketing of the company via coordination of contents for the corporate website.

• Coordinating an EU/UNDP funded project “Assisted Learning Online Uganda” in connection with the writing of my thesis.• Extensive market survey, including several interviews with representatives from companies and international organizations.• Drafting final reports and analysing the feasibility of Ugandan universities providing e-tutoring to students in Anglophone countries.
