Represented a Central American conglomerate in the acquisition of a significant strategic real estate holding in Honduras. Advised Credicorp Holdings Colombia S.A.S. and Credicorp Capital Fiduciara S.A. with the acquisition of 100% of Ultraserfinco S.A. Comisionista de Bolsa. Advised Hard Rock International with the $745million acquisition of JACK Cincinnati Casino, together with VICI Properties, Inc., and Turfway Park, located in Florence, Kentucky. Advised ENGIE in the US$8.6 billion acquisition and related financing of 90% of Transportadora Associada de Gás SA Petrobras. The acquisition is the largest cash acquisition and privatization in Brazil. The transaction has received the LatinFinance Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year award and several other awards.
