I keep track of spending, revenue, and meal plan usage on a daily basis for future forecasting. I also analyze where costs are being posted to on the general ledger.I do inventory analysis as well to make sure everything that is bought and used is being kept track of appropriately.I make use primarily of excel and proprietary software used and created by Aramark.

I worked one engagement so far with a company called Steinert in Walton, Kentucky.I worked with them to reach out to customers and collect sales tax exemption forms and W9s. I also helped to update contact and customer information within their tax software and ERP system.I helped load data into the ERP, updated addresses, and wrote index-match and conditional formatting formulas into Excel.I also spent time researching companies and figuring out relationships of different customers to one another. In certain instances, multiple companies were part of one parent organization who did most of the accounting work for each company so only one person needed to be contacted to get the information updated in Steinert's system
