Current responsibilities include: Lead a small engineering & technical team in order to complete testing and development cycles prior to manufacturing launch. Interface daily with product development team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track any ongoing tasks or issues. Design tests and work with and along side technical team to build and validate setups. Build relationships with outside labs to outsource specific items outside of labs scope or capabilities. Partake in development of new equipment and automation in regards to power distribution box testing as well as while lab. Assist on any electrical troubleshooting or advising for high power testing within other groups in the department.

Lead a small team/manage numerous large projects simultaneously in order to meet testing standards and timely goals for vehicle electrical distribution products. -May 2018: Joined International Technical Document Review Group.-June 2018: Placed in charge of electrical distribution testing for Fortune 500 OEM. -August 2018: Developed/Invented new equipment to facilitate testing leading to internal recommendation for continuous improvement award. -November 2018: Repaired and reprogrammed unused equipment to save 1+ hour per sample per test in sample preparation/measurement. -Nov/Dec 2018: After building relationship with equipment vendors, initiated a project to develop a new testing system to greatly decrease time to setup new tests.-March 2019: Voted leader of Continuous Improvement group. -2018 Fiscal Year: Achieved Top Performer StatusOther Responsibilities/Achievements:-Tasked with leading the revitalization process of Electromagnetic testing and An-echoic Chamber Equipment including assembling and repairing equipment and working through calibration process of Bulk Current Injection test. -Manage/Perform verification and Calibration of specific equipment.-Attended DISC Personality training to learn best how to motivate myself and how to work with others of varying personality types.-Attended Training for 5P's of Problem Solving.-Attended Training to learn to Effectively Lead Meetings. Originally intended for a Senior Engineer, this role required me to come up to speed fast in order to succeed. I've been fortunate to find great mentorship in my management and vast wealth of knowledge in some of the most experienced of my peers. Working in electrical distribution testing has allowed me to learn about real-world product durability as well as failure modes (both electrical and mechanical). I find these topics to be very valuable in rounding out the missing puzzle pieces that I wish I could have learned more about in my schooling.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, and I was fortunate enough to be able to make it a job for many years. In recent years, as my studies became more serious, I've done less photography for hire. Recently, however, I've found great joy in donating prints of personal works to be sold and auctioned on behalf of charities.

Primary Roles:-Use knowledge of electronics to troubleshoot/fix sprinkler controller systems.-Communicate with customers both commercial and residental. -Diagnose valve and solenoid issues in sprinkler manifolds. -Locate and fix/run wires from sprinkler controller to sprinkler manifold.Additional Roles:-Perform routine yearly startups of sprinkler systems.-Install and manage sprinkler zones.-Communicate between teams and management.

Installed cable and phones for CISCO IP based phone systems in commercial applications. Used knowledge of computers and basic networking to solve minor issues for clients and to ensure phones were installed and operating correctly. Worked in numerous states installing systems in locations ranging from offices to high precision labs.
