Nicholas “Nikko” Lara is an investor, advisor, and serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in business operations and finance. A graduate of Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, he holds a double major in Finance & Economics and was formerly a Division 1 athlete. As part of the Northeastern Huskies, Nikko contributed to setting multiple program records, including the first CAA Championship Title win and an NCAA tournament berth in over a decade.Nikko began his career in the financial services industry before joining Beauty Bakerie Cosmetics Brand, Inc. in 2015, where he served as their Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, Beauty Bakerie scaled its operations globally, securing major retail partnerships and expanding its social media presence to over one million followers.Currently, Nikko is the co-founder of Objectively Good, LLC (OGM), a company dedicated to elevating film, television, and talent development with a focus on global reach and synchronicity. OGM leverages industry expertise to bring culturally relevant stories to a broader audience, supporting talent and projects that reflect a global perspective.Nikko is also the co-founder of Otto AI, an AI-powered financial back office platform for creators. Otto AI manages bookkeeping, taxes, and compliance so creators can focus on growing their business. Outside of his professional pursuits, Nikko is an avid traveler, scuba diver, skydiver, and snowboarder.
