Annually, NXT organizes more than fifty lacrosse tournaments and recruiting showcases, thirty lacrosse camps and clinics, oversees twenty-eight boys and girls club lacrosse teams, and manages two leagues.Primary responsibilities include management of lacrosse tournaments through pre-planning of event, and then adapting to challenges via consulting with coaches, players, officiating crew and parents.
