About Nicholas Calderon

My experience spans a variety of client customer service needs. Starting my career in hospitality provided a strong foundation in quick-on-your-feet thinking and multitasking abilities. I immediately realized that these translatable customer service skills would serve me well in any industry.I was inspired to pivot my career and embrace the field of Human Capital Management after graduating with a BA in Psychology. Being passionate about technology, automation, and accurate data, HCM was a natural progression for my career. I’m fortunate now to have had the opportunity to work in the data and systems realm for the past 8 years in various capacities, and am excited to be entering my 5th year as a Workday HRIS professional.
