Nicholas Glossop is a Equality, Diversity, Inclusion | SEND Education | Equity | Leadership at Shipley College. Colleagues describe him as "I appointed Nick in 2012 as BPP’s first overall Head of EDI and Learning Support. Nick was the architect of our institution-wide provision, unifying, enhancing and professionalising current services and designing and developing new ones. He was a first class leader and communicator, working across the University, liaising with staff at all levels and building a highly effective team. He was a passionate and persuasive advocate for EDI inside the University and in the wider professional associations he was asked to advise. He is as at ease interpreting the implications of the latest EDI legislation as talking to students about their individual needs. Nick is unfailingly constructive, rigorously professional and a pleasure to work with. He leaves behind him an impressive legacy at BPP.
