Supporting corporate, PE and owner-founded businesses through the following:- Due diligence and early stage assessments of potential target businesses.- Defining deal rationale and strategy, including guiding principles for downstream integration or transformation.- EBITDA / EV value creation through development of quantified synergies, typically underpinned by detailed benefits cases including phasing and costs to achieve.- Business design for the core operating model at deal completion / Day 1, transition states and target end state ambition.- Management of large-scale, multi-phase programmes from execution of legal completion or operational Day 1, through to delivery of the first 100 Days and detailed planning for target end state.- Functional deal expertise, particularly in Finance, Technology, Data, People and Insights functions. Specific examples include designing detailed and best practice guidance for Finance functions to centrally validate, track and report on realised synergies, including the incurred costs to achieve and maintain these synergies.- Responsible for preparation and presentation of Board-level materials providing insights on in-flight transactions and transformation activity.
