Americaneagle.com is an industry leading one-stop shop offering a full range of solutions from strategy planning to hosting. To add to these solutions, I built out and grew our proactive accessibility approach across the company. With this growth, I established Americaneagle.com's dedicated Accessibility department of specialists and its processes. I built.

• Built and organized the front-end development levels and team structures to foster growth paths,mentorship opportunities, and develop a FED voice within all departments, as the company grew.
• Oversaw all front-end teams which together scaled to over 50 members. Created training practices andhelped mentor all new front-end developers to then align with further leadership/mentorship.
• Created leadership structures to conceptualize, collaborate, and develop standards for the everevolving front-end space including build tools and frameworks.
• Grew the accessibility advocacy at the company and began the shift to being more educational andproactive to clients so they are aware of the requirements and benefits.
• Recognized go to individual for DoubleClick For Publishers which is now Google Ad Manager.Consulted and created ad strategies and code structures for multiple clients including the AmericanDental Association.
• Worked on high effort remediation and improvement projects for Departments of Education, federalsites requiring Section 508 compliance, as well as medical sites.
