Works closely with global Research & Development departments on optimizing clinical trials, identifying promising assets and move pre-clinical assets to early stage clinical trials. Meets regularly with Sr. Directors and VPs of global Research & Development departments and develops KPI dashboards to track progress on pre-clinical and early clinical assets.

Worked under cGMP quality system to coordinate the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of Phase I-IV Clinical Trial materials (including IND applications). Coordinated projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored, and tracked to certify successful regulatory adherence, randomization, and completion.

Continued work with large multi facility health systems as a Healthcare Associate. Currently manage teams of analysts responsible for implementing revenue-cycle improvements (e.g., HIS technical upgrades, reporting suites). Work directly with client counterparts that oversee 30-50 FTEs and manage health systems that have an estimated $3 billion in net patient revenue. Implemented solutions that helped achieve tens of millions in recurring benefit.

Worked with the nation's largest healthcare system conducting 300+ interviews and time studies to create a sustainable revenue cycle staffing model. Used statistical models to determine robust sample sizes and confidence levels before presenting to senior hospital leadership. Implemented work-drivers to help reduce A/R, denials, and produce over $80M in recurring benefit.
