I am a Class of 2024 graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Currently, I work full time as a Cyber Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin which is the same role I had as an intern in 2023. As a Cyber Security Engineering Intern where I performed vulnerability scans (ACAS and STIG), refreshed operating system configuration, and maintained and tracked vulnerabilities throughout the lifecycle of multiple systems. Previously, I was a Systems Engineering Intern at BAE Systems, where I developed lifecycle management processes alongside cost and scheduling teams, government compliance representatives, and various engineering teams. In the summer of 2021, I served as a congressional intern for Congressman Lee Zeldin where I honed my ability to build cross-functional relationships ranging from constituents to fellow legislators. During my time at the University of Maryland, I was involved with the Terrapin Rocket Team where I was on the airbrake team designing a 13-foot competition rocket air braking system from concept to launch. I was also fortunate enough to strengthen my leadership skills as Vice President and Professional Engineering Chair of the Sigma Phi Delta Social Professional Engineering Fraternity.My diverse experiences have equipped me with skills in system hardening, vulnerability assessments, operating system configuration, continuous monitoring of security controls, project lifecycle development and management, modernizing milestone review checklists, and coordinating and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.I am excited to apply my knowledge in cyber security, process development, systems engineering, and project management in my full-time role to help advance humanity.
