Sergeant MajorDirector of Retention Management Branch servicing over 17,000 Enlisted Soldiers in one of the Army’s most diverse geographically dispersed and multifunctional organization operating in more than 70 healthcare facilities and clinics worldwide. Trains and develops 6 subordinate regional Senior Career Counselors and 45 Medical Treatment Facility Career Counselors in all retention activities. Manages and validates all retention objectives, accomplishments, and statics from Headquarters Army down to subordinate organizations.

Command Sergeant Major for the Headquarters Commandant, United States European Command. Responsible for the welfare, training, discipline, and development of over 1400 Service Members from all branches of service, located in 51 countries. Responsible for the supervision and training of 17 Service Members and 4 Civilians in the areas of personnel, supply, training, and operations. Advises the command on all matters, to include readiness, policies, legal, and administration. Provides guidance on training and promotes professional development. Coaches and mentors 25 senior enlisted leaders and enforces regulations, policies, and standards.

Sergeant MajorCollaborated with senior leaders throughout the organization in handling the daily operations of Retention program for an Army Service Component Command geographically dispersed throughout the globe with over 42,000 personnel. Managed human resources directives, developed priorities of work, identified emerging policy requirements, and ensured consistency across a large, multifunctional, and globally dispersed organization.

Sergeant MajorSupervised, mentored, trained and evaluated 43 HR professionals responsible for servicing over 24,000 personnel geographically separated in three installations. Provided input, interprets and implements Headquarters Department of the Army retention policies and procedures. Developed, streamlined, and implemented positive changes to the talent acquisition process enabling mission success for onboarding new personal along with maintaining the Commanders #1 priority readiness. Led initiatives to recruit and retain members in order to fill critical vacancies within the organization and increase unit readiness. Division lead for identifying, assessing, and integrating operational manpower, personnel and training concepts and funding requirements into comprehensive recommendations to prepare senior managers for decisions affecting training requirements distribution, in-service training, non-commissioned officer professional education and Army Personnel readiness in both the Active and Reserve Components. Developed and managed system architecture and modernization plans within the Army Human Resource Information System Strategy which optimized a process of workflow efficiency
