I am a Trustee on the Board of The Performance Arcade. The Performance Arcade is an acclaimed live art event that attracts 40,000 people every year to Wellington Waterfront since 2011. Audiences come for an exciting and diverse program of art, live music, and performance, installed within a special architectural arrangement of shipping containers that are stacked and arranged together to create an innovative new space for performance and arts presentation. This miniature festival offers new encounters between artists and public, creating a vibrant hub that activates the city and exposes communities to new ideas and cultural perspectives. The free admission and waterfront location makes it accessible to a broad community, developing empowered audiences and participants in the creative and cultural life of the city.

While the Ministry recruited for a permanent GM, I lead the Ministry's media, digital communications and internal and external communications teams.

I am currently Interim CEO of ERANZ while they complete their recruitment process for a new CEO. ERANZ is a membership organisation that represents companies that sell electricity to customers and businesses. ERANZ's role is to promote and enhance a sustainable and competitive retail electricity market that delivers value to NZ electricity customers.

I acted as interim GM, People and Customer while a new candidate was recruited. In this role I had responsibility for people and culture, health and safety management and leadership, communications, iwi relations, community engagement, marketing communications, administration support for GW and customer service both for GW and for MetLink (Wellington's public transport organisation).

In my role I have oversight of Contact's reputation and brand experience including all external and internal communications, corporate reporting, stakeholder relations, brand experience, brand and customer communications, sustainability strategy, community relations and investment and sponsorship. I am also responsible for the setting of Contact's digital strategy, investment and work programme.

My responsibilities encompass pricing, customer insight (customer segmentation, customer behaviour, predictive analytics), marketing (product management, product development, product strategy), marketing communications including brand, company digital strategy and development (customer), external and internal communications, community relations and investment and sustainability strategy.

Responsible for external and internal communications, community relations, sustainability and brand purpose.
