A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and part-time post-secondary Instructor with extensive knowledge and experience in human resources, teaching, project management and working directly with Small-Medium sized Businesses.Strong candidate with a bachelor’s degree focused in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management from Algoma University and current Algoma HRPA Chapter Member.Currently working at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner performing a variety of duties in the People and Culture department and at Sault College as a part-time Instructor in the Business and Developmental Services Programs.Specializing in human resources, client-to-client services, project management and customer service. Experience with presentations and public speaking, and working both individually and in teams to complete tasks.
