Nick is proud about getting his start in the fresh grocery business at age 10 – working Saturdays as a stock-boy in his family’s deli. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State in just three years, he returned to the industry he loves and quickly rose through retail management positions. In 2008, Nick’s entrepreneurial drive and spirit led him to open his own business - a wholesale food distributor, negotiating the best deals for customers in Philadelphia’s competitive market. Upon relocating to South Florida in 2013 and despite wanting to spend all of his time on a boat or at the beach, Nick has maintained a sterling reputation and commitment to the industry holding several senior positions in multi-unit management, analysis, purchasing and consulting.
