In 2003, he joined the Marine Corps as a 6116 Tiltrotor Mechanic. His work ethic and eagerness to learn propelled him to be one of the youngest Quality Assurance Representitives on the MV-2B. He has since moved on to become the Quality Assurance Supervisor and then Maintenance Control Chief. His multiple deployment overseas have given him the knowledge to overcome challenging obstacles with little to know resources or instructions given. His techinical knowledge, leadership, and eagerness earned him the 2019 Marine Corps Avaiation Association Aviation Maintenance Marine of the Year. In 2020, Nick was transfered to Fleet Readiness Center East as the Maintenance Control Chief. There he is qualified to inspect 5 Type/Model/Series aircraft and over 11 different variants. For his future, Nick would like to still apply his knowledge in aviation to the civilian sector and continue to provide safe and reliable aircrafts into service whether through opperational support or manufacturing.
