Launched a replacement IT billing system by configuring a SaaS application, posting millions of dollars to the company ledger monthly. Created reports and dashboards to help users to understand the details of the financial transactions generated by the tool. Led around 10 data automation workstreams, many of which involved API implementation.

Rotation 1: Designed and coded enhancements to an existing application which manages over $1b in application ongoing revenue budget. Managed the migration of 6 different SharePoint site collections from SharePoint 2010 to Sharepoint 2016. Developed a database and Access tool end-to-end for an internal IT purchasing team which consolidated their data and automated reporting.Rotation 2: Designed, implemented, and led a program where 250+ employees globally volunteered to spread cyber security awareness. Published changes to 20 Information Security Policy or Standard documents and assisted with other changes to an additional 77 policy documents. Regularly hosted informational sessions for employees globally to learn more about ongoing threats.Rotation 3: Led testing effort for new Natural Language Understanding System by placing 30,000+ test calls through an automated tool. Advocated for best practices in testing new call flows as Subject Matter Expert by hosting 9 learning sessions for colleagues. Implemented concepts of Paired Programming, TDD, and Retros within my team to drive agile development.
