• Pioneered the bank’s brokerage department, with C15Studios as the inaugural financier in the program.
• Liaise directly with local and international entities (UN Women, Green Climate Fund, IDB, IICA, FAO, CARDI, etc.) regarding financing and shared synergistic opportunities.
• Monitor staff professional development to foster capacity building and maintain positive staff morale.

• Led a team of 25+ advisors across 10 islands in the Bahamas in assisting entrepreneurs with achieving their entrepreneurial goals.
• Supervised funding approvals valuing $60M which assisted over 1,500 entrepreneurs across 38 industries. This included Spearheading the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and structuring of debt and equity investment.
• Developed the advisory department and implemented a structure that ensured business plans correctly articulated the entrepreneur’s vision and fit financial institutions requirements.
• Managed the Disaster Recovery program (Hurricane Dorian) and Business Continuity program (Covid-19 Pandemic). This included quickly creating alternate structures to assist those effected by the crises.
• Developed an investment committee which assessed the credit risk and viability of each venture seeking to utilize the guarantee.
• Led and managed the application, development, monitoring and reporting of the Inter-American Development Bank ($25M) and World Bank ($20M) guarantee.
