• Manage a team of 45+ staff across two branches, located on Nassau and Freeport.• Responsible for developing and executing the Bank’s multiyear budgets and the strategic plan. This includes managing the Bank’s AUM to optimize performance, including monitoring interest rates, portfolio, and financial and credit risks. • Lead the bank's fundraising and recapitalization efforts, which required negotiating with 29 global and local financial institutions. This led to The Bank successfully securing approval for $30M in recapitalization. • Pioneered the bank’s brokerage department, with C15Studios as the inaugural financier in the program. • Liaise directly with local and international entities (UN Women, Green Climate Fund, IDB, IICA, FAO, CARDI, etc.) regarding financing and shared synergistic opportunities. • Monitor staff professional development to foster capacity building and maintain positive staff morale. • Provide monthly reports and updates to the Board of Directors on the bank's progress and key matters.• As the National Coordinating Authority for the Joint SDG Fund in the Bahamas, secured approval to launch a pilot financing product which provides low-cost financing to entrepreneurs.• Oversight of project cycles (i.e. Grant programs, executing agency agreements, loan programs, etc.) from concept, design, execution, disbursement to impact reporting.

• Led a team of 25+ advisors across 10 islands in the Bahamas in assisting entrepreneurs with achieving their entrepreneurial goals. • Supervised funding approvals valuing $60M which assisted over 1,500 entrepreneurs across 38 industries. This included Spearheading the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and structuring of debt and equity investment opportunities throughout the Bahamas. • Developed the advisory department and implemented a structure that ensured business plans correctly articulated the entrepreneur’s vision and fit financial institutions requirements.• Managed the Disaster Recovery program (Hurricane Dorian) and Business Continuity program (Covid-19 Pandemic). This included quickly creating alternate structures to assist those effected by the crises. • Developed an investment committee which assessed the credit risk and viability of each venture seeking to utilize the guarantee.• Led and managed the application, development, monitoring and reporting of the Inter-American Development Bank ($25M) and World Bank ($20M) guarantee. • Point person for maintaining the relationship with local financial institutions, donors, and international financial organizations. This included representing the company on numerous public platforms and conferences globally.

Responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of trades processed on behalf of international clients. Constantly speak with external parties such as brokers and external banks in order to resolve discrepancies between the depository and fund company, to ensure efficient handling of securities and associate transactions
