Nicholas has trained and guided as a personal trainer for many years. Specializing in functional movements. Educated in health, wellness and injury prevention. Educated and trained within the fields of nutrition and psychology, eventually bridging these two mediums of life to birth a more intuitive and optimal way of looking at foods and sensory consumption/usage.Nicholas was went on to achieve 200 hours (and rising) of training for RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).He is now studying a variant of subjects that are all synergistic to wholistic health of our bodies and minds, with goals to sever the chains of ignorance that bring pain to life regarding bodily health and stability of the mind/emotions.For over a decade of enthused research and experimental study in the fields of wholistic health and quantum entanglement - Nicholas has facilitated direction towards a refined view of the human potential as well as the dynamics of those relationships.Nicholas invests in his days to reveal the tools that ignite our embers through foundational building blocks to progress in all avenues that life offers us.
