At Culturally Rooted Reformations, we believe in the application of intercultural methods to establish a legitimate standard of equity in any institution, enhance the leadership in individuals, advocate for our communities, and more. For one to be able to go into the world, their skill set and education must have some reflection of the multicultural demographic of the global community, and how to be a member of it. We strive to use multiculturalism as a vehicle to develop the education and leadership ability of diverse groups & populations, as well as building bridges of empathy and perspectives through programming, mentorship, cross-cultural communication, reform projects, civil action, workshops, presentations, and consulting.
